By completing the donation form and clicking the "submit" button, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use Newport Foundation in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Newport Foundation donations are charged in the amount of $100, $250, $500, or $1000 for one time donations and $25, $50, and $75 for 30 day monthly recurring donations. If you have any questions about donations you've made or wish to make please contact our Live Service Department toll-free at 1-800-000-0000. Our Live Service Department is open (24x7) 24 hours seven days a week.

If you are not satisfied with the Service and wish to cancel your recurring donation, you must call our Live Service Department toll-free at 1-800-000-0000 prior to the next billing date of the recurring donation and cancel your order. Alternatively, you can send an email requesting cancellation. When emailing us, please include your full name, email and address. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately.

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please immediately notify our Live Service Department of such error toll-free at 1-800-000-000. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. Simbile.com manages the credit and refund policy for these websites on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action pursuant to the customer's issue. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.

By selecting to making a donation to Newport Foundation, you authorize Newport Foundation to charge your credit card accordingly. This authority shall remain in effect until and unless you have cancelled future billings of the Service as described in this Agreement, above. Please be aware that the descriptor (or subject line) that appears on your credit card entry will likely display as Billing Descriptor. Or, it may refer to Newport Foundation or, alternatively, refer to the type of Service ordered. If you have any questions about the descriptor on your credit card statement, you should call our Live Service Department toll-free at 1-800-000-0000.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
